Job Responsibilities:

• Support overall recruitment processes.

• Assist in labor relations activities within the company and subsidiaries.

• Handle general administrative functions.

• Attend to corporate business needs as guided by management.

• Manage corporate social media platforms.

Required Skills & Qualifications:

• Diploma in HR, PQRHM, or a Degree in HR/Business Management.

• Prior experience in HR or related fields is an advantage.

• Strong communication skills in English and Sinhala.

• Proficiency in MS Office and social media management.

• Excellent organizational skills and attention to detail.

• Willingness to travel to power plants in remote locations.
