• Provide technical support for hardware, software, and networks

• Troubleshoot and resolve IT issues efficiently

• Install, configure, and maintain systems & peripherals

• Manage user accounts & access permissions

• Assist with network connectivity & security

• Document support requests, solutions, and configurations

🔹 What We’re Looking For:

• Degree/Diploma in IT or related field

• Enthusiasm for helpdesk & tech support

• Experience with Windows & other OS

• Strong communication & problem-solving skills

• Knowledge of networking, security & Microsoft tools (certifications are a plus)
